Serve as primary liaison between lab, quality, and operational stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into testable requirements.
Manage requirements lifecycle, business process definitions, and ensure integration solutions align to business objectives and compliance standards.
Lead requirements gathering, support UAT planning/execution, and maintain traceability for digital lab instrument integration projects.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline preferred.
5+ years as Business Analyst within regulated environments (pharmaceutical, life sciences, or manufacturing preferred).
Experience with SDLC and validation frameworks (GxP, cGMP).
Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years as Business Analyst with regulated environment exposure.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in lab operations, quality systems, or laboratory informatics with exposure to platforms like Scitara DLX, Empower, BIOVIA, MODA, GLIMS, LabX.
Able to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed, global environment with strong stakeholder facilitation and cross-team collaboration capabilities.
Demonstrates proficiency in authoring complex, traceable requirements and supporting compliance-driven digital transformation initiatives.
