Manage end-to-end deal closeouts and invoicing processes including client billing, revenue reconciliation, and expense review to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Coordinate with syndicate members, banking product partners, and coverage teams to gather and exchange client and deal information, supporting compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Lead operational efficiency improvements through technology enhancements, team mentoring, and process automation while providing independent analysis and reporting to senior management.
Minimum Requirements
1-3 years of relevant experience in business analytics or related financial operations.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with databases and information management.
Work schedule involves 9-hour shifts within 8 AM to 11 PM and may require occasional weekend work on short notice.
