- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT/technical positions including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines across various IT technologies using platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and maintain recruitment records and status in ATS or internal trackers.
Minimum Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment.
- Experience in sourcing and screening candidates primarily via Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Location requirement: Hyderabad (Work from Office).
