About This Role
- Manage overall IT operations and infrastructure of the hospital, ensuring smooth functioning of systems and software.
- Own troubleshooting and issue resolution for systems including HMIS, CCTV, video conferencing, and telephone systems.
- Coordinate with software vendors, hardware support agencies, and network/Internet service providers to ensure continuous service.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–7+ years of relevant IT management experience.
- Hands-on experience with hospital IT systems such as HMIS, networking, CCTV, video conferencing, and telephone systems.
- Prior experience in hospital or healthcare IT environment preferred (not mandatory).
- Work Experience Required: 5–7+ years
