Lead enterprise-level modernization and convergence of GRC, Testing & Monitoring, and Audit platforms into a unified AI-powered ecosystem.
Define technology strategy and architecture; provide hands-on leadership in complex engineering challenges and deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
Drive adoption of reusable common services, shared data platforms, and innovative AI technologies including Generative AI and RAG architectures.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of engineering experience (work experience equivalent also considered).
Strong hands-on skills in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, React, and TypeScript.
Experience with Generative AI, AI-enabled solutions, Python for AI services, and cloud-native platform technologies.
Knowledge of data governance, auditability, security, privacy, regulatory compliance, and operational risk.

Experienced in leading architecture and engineering strategy across complex, multi-domain enterprise platforms with a focus on governance, risk, and compliance.
