About This Role
- Lead design and implementation of scalable, secure Java microservices with Spring Boot for cloud-native telco platforms.
- Own full project lifecycle from requirements through deployment and production monitoring, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams, conduct code reviews, and optimize containerized deployments with Kubernetes and Docker.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years software development experience with at least 2 years in a Lead or Senior role.
- Expertise in Java 17+ and Spring Boot ecosystem; strong skills in Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with Apache Kafka, NoSQL databases (Cassandra, DynamoDB), Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- BTech/MTech in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience; strong Data Structures, Algorithms, and System Design skills.

- Experienced technical leader comfortable with distributed systems design, event-driven architecture, and telecom or high-concurrency platforms.
- Proven track record in driving projects from concept to production in agile environments with emphasis on scalable, fault-tolerant systems.
