Develop and enhance embedded software features for variable frequency drives (VFD) used in pumps and drives, integrating them with PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and IoT platforms.
Drive improvements in software and test architectures, governance processes, and automate testing using continuous integration frameworks.
Mentor team members and support configuration management, test bed operations, and troubleshoot field issues for product quality enhancement.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
15+ years of embedded software development experience.
Strong expertise in C programming, microcontroller architectures, RTOS (FreeRTOS, ThreadX, or similar), and hands-on experience with VFD applications from manufacturers like Siemens, ABB, Danfoss, Schneider, or Rockwell.
Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, EtherNet/IP, PROFINET) and debugging tools (JTAG, oscilloscope, logic analyzer).
