10 to 16+ years professional software engineering experience; exceptional candidates considered from 8 years onward.

Demonstrated ownership of architecture across multiple teams/platforms with durable results.

Deep expertise in large-scale distributed data systems lifecycle from ingestion through serving.

Senior individual contributor with proven track record of technical strategy adoption and execution across geographies and time zones.

Experienced in regulated domains such as healthcare data or clinical informatics with understanding of privacy, security, or compliance at scale.

Skilled at influencing senior engineering/product leadership and raising engineering standards through hiring and mentoring senior engineers.
