Job Description
Structured overview of role & requirementsAbout This Role
Lead design and implementation of Guidewire integration solutions, specifically for PolicyCenter within the Guidewire Cloud environment.
Provide technical leadership including mentoring development teams, conducting code reviews, and driving integration architecture and strategy.
Troubleshoot production issues, support CI/CD pipeline and deployment activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors for integration delivery.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 8+ years in software development, with at least 5+ years on Guidewire implementations.
Must have Guidewire Certified Associate – InsuranceSuite Developer certification or equivalent relevant to Guidewire Cloud projects.
Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite integrations, Guidewire APIs, CloudREST, SOAP Web Services, Event Messaging, Integration Gateway, OAuth/OpenID Connect, Java and Gosu programming languages.
Location: Bangalore/Pune - Hybrid work model.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in technical leadership and mentoring within Guidewire integration projects, preferably in a Lead Consultant role or equivalent seniority.
Comfortable working in cloud-native environments with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methods.
Preferred background includes P&C Insurance domain knowledge, experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter integrations, and familiarity with event streaming technologies like Kafka.
