About This Role
- Accountable for full-stack development using Java-based technologies, including both frontend and backend.
- Translate business requirements into technical implementations with high accountability for delivering planned work.
- Maintain positive and productive relationships across teams to support project goals.
Minimum Requirements
- 12-16 years of software development experience.
- Bachelor/Master of Engineering in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent from a reputed institute.
- Proficiency in Core Java, Java algorithms and data structures, and experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Angular/React, AWS, Agentic AI.
- Experience with RESTful Web APIs, object-relational mapping (e.g. Hibernate), and third-party tools such as Tomcat, ElasticSearch, and Redis Cache.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building high performance, highly available, and scalable systems.
- Skilled in cloud infrastructure and technologies (AWS preferred) and continuous integration/delivery practices (e.g., Jenkins).
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively with effective communication to resolve moderately complex problems.
