Lead multiple firmwide application development projects end-to-end, managing roadmaps, stakeholder alignment, and execution against milestones and SLAs.
Establish and run governance forums, manage risks/issues/decisions, and enforce standards for project scope, schedule, and quality.
Own User Acceptance Testing governance and strategy, ensuring enterprise-wide UAT planning, execution, defect management, and reporting align with program and control objectives.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
12+ years overall experience including 8+ years in Program/Portfolio Management in large, matrixed, global organizations.
Proven experience leading complex, multi-year, cross-line-of-business programs with executive governance.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and program management software; experience with Agile delivery and JIRA preferred.
