Own and communicate the product roadmap and strategy for Telecom OSS Service Assurance platform modules, including fault, performance, and log management.
Manage and prioritize product backlog; translate operator requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria; drive end-to-end new product introduction (NPI).
Engage directly with Tier-1 and Tier-2 telecom operator customers and internal stakeholders for requirements gathering, solution validation, and high-level presentations to CTO/CIOs.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years total experience in Telecom OSS domain; minimum 3 years as Product Owner or Product Manager on a telecom software product.
Strong domain expertise in Telecom OSS Service Assurance covering Fault Management, Performance Management, TM Forum ALN4 standards, and NTN / Satellite Networks Monitoring.
Technical familiarity with Kubernetes, cloud-native microservices, Java/J2EE, PL/SQL, Python, and public cloud platforms.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or Engineering.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced professional operating at the intersection of telecom network operations (NOC) and cloud-native software delivery.
Comfortable working with both operator environments and modern telecom software architecture including containerized microservices.
Proven ability to manage complex product backlogs in Agile/SAFe environments and engage with C-level telecom operator stakeholders globally.
