Lead enterprise-level technical strategy and architecture for modernizing and converging GRC, Testing & Monitoring, and Audit platforms into a unified ecosystem with reusable digital experiences and AI-powered services.
Define and drive adoption of common technologies (React, Java microservices, AI services), reusable capabilities, and integration patterns across multiple domains while ensuring architectural alignment and regulatory compliance.
Provide hands-on leadership through design, prototyping, code reviews, mentoring, and solving complex technical challenges, influencing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of engineering experience (work experience requirement explicitly mentioned).
Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, React, TypeScript, and enterprise integration patterns.
Experience modernizing platforms based on commercial enterprise products (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow) and building reusable platforms and shared services.
Knowledge/experience with AI technologies including Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG, vector databases, Python AI development, plus cloud-native platforms and DevSecOps.
