Manage end-to-end General Ledger accounting and lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
Perform account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, accruals, intercompany transactions, and fixed asset accounting.
Develop monthly MIS reports, coordinate with FP&A and Payroll teams, support audits, and use AI tools (Claude, Copilot) for automated financial reporting solutions.
Minimum Requirements
4–6 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in ITES/shared services environments.
Commerce graduate with MBA (Finance) or CA Intermediate with relevant hands-on industry experience.
Strong knowledge of GL accounting, US GAAP and IGAAP, reconciliations, accrual accounting, payroll, fixed asset accounting, and financial reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools; experience with NetSuite, Coupa, and AI-enabled productivity tools preferred; must be located near or willing to relocate to designated job location.
