Develop and execute specialty growth strategies to increase adoption of da Vinci robotic surgery procedures in Benign General Surgery across North + East India.
Convert high-volume laparoscopic centers into da Vinci robotic surgery programs by leading clinical and operational value discussions and support program development.
Build surgeon champions, KOLs, and centers of excellence through training, education programs, and cross-functional collaboration to drive sustainable procedure utilization.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in medical device, surgical, clinical sales, or healthcare market development.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is mandatory; postgraduate qualification preferred.
Strong clinical selling skills with proven ability to influence surgeons and hospital executives.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively across India, including overnight travel.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in minimally invasive or robotic-assisted surgery sales or market development, especially within benign general surgery procedures like hernia repair and cholecystectomy.
Demonstrated capability to lead complex initiatives influencing multiple stakeholders without direct authority in a matrix organization.
Proven track record of building new clinical markets, surgeon champions, and hospital programs in India’s healthcare environment.
