Develop and execute specialty growth strategies to expand da Vinci robotic surgery utilization in Benign Gynecology across North & East India.
Convert high-volume laparoscopic centers into sustainable da Vinci robotic surgery programs by engaging surgeons, executives, and stakeholders.
Develop and lead surgeon champions, KOLs, clinical education, market development programs, and value-based customer engagement to drive procedure adoption and program expansion.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in medical device, surgical, clinical sales, or healthcare market development.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification required; postgraduate qualification in business, healthcare, life sciences, or related field preferred.
Strong clinical selling skills and proven track record of individual sales excellence and new technology adoption.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively across India, including overnight stays.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in minimally invasive or robotic-assisted surgery, benign gynecology procedures (hysterectomy, endometriosis, myomectomy), and surgical capital equipment sales.
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs and influence senior surgeon and hospital executive stakeholders without direct authority.
Familiar with developing surgeon champions, KOLs, training programs, and launching new clinical markets or hospital programs in India.
