Own and execute specialty growth strategies to expand da Vinci robotic surgery procedure utilization in Benign General Surgery across South + West India.
Lead conversion of high-volume laparoscopic centers to da Vinci robotic surgery programs, including clinical, operational, and economic value articulation, surgeon onboarding, and program support.
Develop surgeon champions and KOLs, coach clinical sales teams on specialty knowledge, and provide market intelligence to support program expansion and adoption sustainability.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 8 years of relevant medical device, surgical, clinical sales, or healthcare market-development experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification required; relevant postgraduate qualification preferred but not mandatory.
Strong clinical selling ability with proven success introducing or adopting new technologies in surgical or healthcare domains.
Ability and willingness to travel extensively across India, including overnight travel as per business needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in minimally invasive surgery, robotic-assisted surgery, or related surgical capital equipment, preferably in benign general surgery procedures like hernia or cholecystectomy.
Strategic, senior field operator capable of cross-functional collaboration and influencing stakeholders without direct authority in complex organizational settings.
Demonstrated success in building new clinical markets, developing surgeon champions/KOLs, and launching hospital or specialty surgical programs in India.
