About This Role
- Develop and implement regional/country financial strategy aligned with company’s strategic objectives to achieve profitability and sustainability.
- Oversee financial performance analysis, reporting, and compliance, including preparing Treasury forecasts and managing Board/Committee meetings.
- Ensure corporate compliance, manage financial policies (Finance and SOX), oversee budget preparation, and coordinate CSR activities following regulatory and internal standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance or business administration.
- Fluent in local language and English (spoken & written).
- Minimum 3 years experience in multinational companies managing similar financial areas in complex situations.
- MBA or specialized master’s degree in financial/tax area is a plus but not mandatory.
