About This Role
- Own end-to-end customer invoicing, billing amendments, and contract updates across multiple product entities including subscriptions.
- Manage accounts receivable, collections, daily bank reconciliations, and resolve billing and payment discrepancies involving cross-functional teams.
- Drive process audits and improvements between Salesforce and Xero to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Chartered Accountant qualification.
- 10-12 years of finance experience in a SaaS business of similar scale.
- Strong knowledge of IGST, VAT, TDS, and related regulatory filings.
- Proficiency with Netsuite, SAP, Xero, SQL, MS Access, and Microsoft Excel.

- Experienced financial professional comfortable working as an individual contributor handling multifaceted billing and finance operations.
- Strong expertise in billing contracts management and reconciling financial data across ERP and CRM systems.
