About This Role
- Support execution and reconciliation of general ledger accounting processes including account balancing and discrepancy resolution.
- Coordinate and implement accounting projects and SOP audits ensuring compliance with laws and internal policies.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related field (4-year) with no experience required OR 2-year degree with 2 years relevant experience.
- Experience in finance, accounting, or related professional area as per candidate profile requirements.
- Proficiency in account balancing, ledger reconciliation, and financial reporting processes.
- Work Experience Required: Either no experience with 4-year degree, or 2 years experience with 2-year degree as stated; no strict notice period mentioned.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Capable of managing accounting projects and ensuring compliance with accounting SOPs and relevant laws.
- Experienced in leading and mentoring teams, driving productivity and maintaining high-quality financial controls.
- Comfortable working with financial software for data processing, financial spreadsheet development, and reporting.
