Lead and mentor a distributed power profiling and infrastructure engineering team across Pune and Bangalore with clear ownership and development plans.
Own and manage the end-to-end power profiling lifecycle including pre-silicon engagement, power target qualification, regression monitoring, battery-life validation, and software release power/performance monitoring across multiple platforms.
Manage a physical, temperature-controlled measurement lab across two sites, overseeing device fleet management, instrumentation, logistics, data acquisition, and capacity planning.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
8+ years overall industry experience; 5+ years engineering management experience leading complex software and infrastructure projects in distributed teams.
Deep expertise in power systems, computer architecture, SoC/platform power, with hands-on experience in power measurement, analysis, or power-stack debugging.
Experience operating or supporting hardware measurement labs including instrumentation, device fleet and logistics management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in full product program lifecycle power engagements from pre-silicon modeling through commercialization and sustaining phases.
Skilled collaborator able to engage across engineering, program management, OEMs, and executives to drive power profiling authority and data defensibility.
Strong background managing production-grade power profiling frameworks, analytics dashboards, automated regression farms, and ensuring energy compliance and product readiness decisions.
