Lead stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and business process analysis for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in the APAC region.
Manage regional demand pipeline, translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Support platform enhancements, testing, releases, regional roll-outs, documentation, and training while bridging local needs with the global ERP roadmap.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years as an IT Business Analyst supporting Microsoft D365 Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
Degree or diploma in IT, business administration, finance, or similar; business analysis certification (CBAP or PMI-PBA) is advantageous.
Strong understanding of finance processes including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, banking, financial reporting, inter-company, and period close.
Experience working with multinational organizations across multiple countries and legal entities; English fluency required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in multinational ERP implementations, upgrades, and international roll-outs in both waterfall and agile environments.
Able to facilitate workshops, manage stakeholder communications, and support regional go-lives within the APAC timezone.
Comfortable working as regional liaison coordinating between local business units and a global ERP organization, including willingness to travel regionally.
