Minimum Requirements
Graduate degree required.
Minimum 1 year HR or Compensation experience.
2+ years of customer-facing written communication skills demonstrating empathy and clarity.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience analyzing data sets to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in incentive compensation processes or Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) tools such as Varicent.
Comfortable working independently in a complex, regulated, data-driven environment with a focus on accuracy and process compliance.
Skilled in process analysis, continuous improvement concepts (e.g., Lean), and data visualization or reporting tools to support operational excellence.
