Analyze consumer and dealer/channel credit performance to drive strategy recommendations involving approval rates, booked volume, loss rates, and profitability.
Build, refine, and maintain credit decisioning strategies focusing on risk-growth-P&L trade-offs, including designing test-and-learn/challenger strategies and supporting credit policy execution and governance.
Partner cross-functionally to implement strategy changes in decisioning workflows/systems, monitor portfolio risks and trends, and communicate insights clearly to US stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
4–7 years of experience in retail/auto credit decisioning, underwriting, or credit policy execution within bank, fintech, or credit analytics organizations.
Hands-on skills in Python and SQL for data extraction, aggregation, and analysis.
Strong understanding of consumer credit risk concepts and their impact on portfolio outcomes including approval rate, loss rate, growth, and profitability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with US-based stakeholders across time zones.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing risk-growth-profitability trade-offs within consumer credit portfolios, with ability to translate data insights into actionable credit strategies.
