Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to elicit, document, and translate functional requirements into detailed technical user stories for Salesforce implementations.
Own product backlog management and prioritization in Agile/Scrum settings, ensuring business strategy aligns with Salesforce features and solutions.
Lead and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases, including writing test scripts, coordinating with business users, and facilitating defect triage to ensure quality deliverables.
Minimum Requirements
4 to 7 years of Salesforce configuration experience, with at least 3+ years implementing Salesforce CPQ and Billing.
Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification is mandatory.
Proficient in declarative Salesforce tools (Flows, Custom Objects) and technical scripting (JavaScript and Apex).
Work Experience Required: 4+ years of dedicated business analysis experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing multi-entity, multi-currency global CPQ and Billing deployments, preferably in consulting or enterprise settings.
Strong skills in business process mapping and Agile software tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Jira, Confluence).
Certified Salesforce CPQ Specialist with additional preferred certifications like Platform Developer I or Certified Administrator.
