About This Role
- Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to elicit, document, and translate functional requirements into detailed technical user stories for Salesforce implementations.
- Own product backlog management and prioritization in Agile/Scrum settings, ensuring business strategy aligns with Salesforce features and solutions.
- Lead and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases, including writing test scripts, coordinating with business users, and facilitating defect triage to ensure quality deliverables.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of Salesforce configuration experience, with at least 3+ years implementing Salesforce CPQ and Billing.
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification is mandatory.
- Proficient in declarative Salesforce tools (Flows, Custom Objects) and technical scripting (JavaScript and Apex).
- Work Experience Required: 4+ years of dedicated business analysis experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing multi-entity, multi-currency global CPQ and Billing deployments, preferably in consulting or enterprise settings.
- Strong skills in business process mapping and Agile software tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Jira, Confluence).
- Certified Salesforce CPQ Specialist with additional preferred certifications like Platform Developer I or Certified Administrator.
