Structured overview of role & requirementsAbout This Role
Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn including 15-20+ posts and 4-8 videos/reels monthly.
Plan and execute social media content calendars and support Meta Ads including audience research, ad copy, campaign monitoring, and lead generation tracking.
Conduct SEO audits, keyword research (50-100 keywords), on-page/off-page SEO activities, backlink building, and prepare performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
Minimum Requirements
Experience: 0-2 years in digital marketing or related roles.
Location: Baner, Pune, India (Work From Office).
Education: Digital Marketing / Marketing / MBA / BBA / Mass Communication or related field, including freshers.
Skills: Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media, Canva/Graphic Design, and Meta Ads required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Capable of handling multiple digital marketing channels with measurable output such as social media posts and SEO keyword optimization.
Able to track and analyze campaign and SEO performance to suggest improvements and ensure 100% timely reporting.
Comfortable working in an operational role focused on content creation, social media management, SEO, and ad campaign support in a fast-paced WFO environment located in Pune.
