About This Role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for US Non-IT roles including Construction, Manufacturing, Production, Finance, Tax, Engineering and IT sectors.
- Source, screen, interview candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure candidates join as per schedule.
- Maintain candidate relationships and consistently meet recruitment targets.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in US Non-IT staffing.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Work location is on-site near Nagole Metro, Hyderabad.
- Work shift from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday.

- Experienced in recruiting for diverse US Non-IT domains with demonstrated ability to handle end-to-end hiring independently.
- Comfortable working in US shift hours and on-site environment in Hyderabad.
