Ensure 100% production and dispatch completion as per plan vs actual, managing production performance and KPI reporting.
Oversee shop floor operations including rejection analysis, consumable budget monitoring, OEE tracking, and 5S maintenance with a target of zero accidents.
Act as communication link between production team, other departments, China production site, and management for issue escalation and smooth functioning.
Minimum Requirements
8 to 10 years of relevant work experience in production or operations role.
Diploma or B.E. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and project management skills including Agile methodologies.
