About This Role
- Own and lead development of complex distributed software systems supporting Amazon’s global Fulfillment and Inventory network.
- Deliver end-to-end software solutions covering system design, development, testing, documentation, and operations for receive services foundational to fulfillment operations.
- Drive efficiency and effectiveness of Amazon’s inventory systems impacting vendor, seller, and customer experiences globally.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of engineering experience and 3+ years managing engineering teams.
- 8+ years leading design and development of multi-tier web services.
- Strong understanding of software/hardware/network development lifecycle including coding standards, code reviews, source control, builds, testing, certification, and live site operations.
- Experience collaborating with product or program management teams.
