Provide proactive and efficient HR operations support focused on Global Onboarding within HR People Hub, managing HR processes compliant with regional labor laws (preferably APAC).
Maintain and update HR systems, including Oracle HRMS and Workday, while producing standard employee correspondence involving managers, payroll, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams (immigration, payroll, finance), contribute to process improvements, and support ad-hoc HR projects under minimal supervision.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years experience in HR Shared Services or similar function.
Proficiency with Workday, Oracle HRMS, ServiceNow, and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Work Experience Required: 2-3 years in HR Shared Services, preferably supporting APAC region.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex HR operations in Shared Services environment with a strong focus on compliance and data accuracy.
Ability to handle varied workloads autonomously while collaborating effectively with multiple internal stakeholders.
Familiarity with lifecycle and exit HR processes, demonstrating a proactive approach to responsibility and continuous process enhancement.
