Provide L1/L2 production support for enterprise applications, infrastructure, network, and security platforms including monitoring system health and incident response.
Support ITIL-based incident, change, and problem management processes including execution of approved production changes and operational maintenance.
Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to enhance service stability, execute operational improvements, and maintain documentation like runbooks and SOPs.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Technology Operations, Infrastructure Support, Production Support, or Monitoring.
Proficiency in Linux/Unix and Windows operating environments.
Working knowledge of ITIL-based Incident Management and Change Management processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in 24x7 shift-based operations with ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
Demonstrated ownership and accountability in production environments with a proactive approach to operational improvements.
