About This Role
- Provide L1/L2 production support for enterprise applications, infrastructure, network, and security platforms including monitoring system health and incident response.
- Support ITIL-based incident, change, and problem management processes including execution of approved production changes and operational maintenance.
- Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to enhance service stability, execute operational improvements, and maintain documentation like runbooks and SOPs.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Technology Operations, Infrastructure Support, Production Support, or Monitoring.
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix and Windows operating environments.
- Working knowledge of ITIL-based Incident Management and Change Management processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in 24x7 shift-based operations with ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability in production environments with a proactive approach to operational improvements.
- Familiarity or interest in cloud technologies, DevOps, AIops, automation, and monitoring modernization initiatives.
