Handle complex technical issues related to large-scale systems, applications, databases, or technical products/services.
Identify and recommend process improvements based on analysis of performance trends and technical queries.
Act as internal consultant on tools and processes, providing information to functional teams, partners, and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years of Systems Engineering experience (including work, training, military, or education).
At least 2 years experience in Windows or Linux Administration.
Mandatory hands-on experience with monitoring tools ITRS, AppDynamics, Splunk, and Grafana.
Familiarity with scheduling tools (Autosys/Control-M) and ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working in Production/Application support including troubleshooting, installations, deployments, and configurations.
Practical knowledge of DevOps tools like GitHub, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Ansible, along with experience in SSL certificate management.
Strong exposure to Agile/Kanban methodologies, problem/change/incident management, and familiarity with multiple app/web servers and databases relevant to operational support.
