Lead AI transformation workstreams including design of AI use-case portfolios and agentic operating models.
Drive process excellence initiatives through AI-enabled workflow redesign and process mining across industry-specific operational processes.
Support AI CoE design, AI value architecture, platform strategy, and enterprise function transformation (Finance, Procurement, HR, etc.) with client-facing consulting and pre-sales activities.
Minimum Requirements
7-11 years of relevant work experience in AI transformation, process excellence, or related domains.
Deep knowledge of industry-specific processes with hands-on AI delivery experience.
Experience in AI tooling, LLM platform evaluation, and AI CoE operationalization.
Client-facing consulting experience including pre-sales support and proposal contribution.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading AI-driven process redesign and transformation projects in large enterprises.
Skilled in bridging industry domain expertise with AI technologies and platforms (e.g. Celonis, UiPath, Azure AI).
Capable of seamlessly integrating AI strategy with operational functions and enterprise platforms while engaging in client-facing roles.
