Manage and troubleshoot AWS infrastructure including services like EC2, Auto Scaling, Load Balancer, VPC, S3, CloudFront, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, CloudTrail, ECS, and IAM.
Support development teams with application issues and deployments, collaborate with production support teams especially during night shifts in India and US counterparts during US day time.
Execute cost optimization, patching, security alert monitoring, application troubleshooting, and maintain proper documentation.
Minimum Requirements
4 years of experience in AWS cloud operations and managing Windows and Linux operating systems.
Proficiency with AWS services, DevOps tools like Jenkins and CI/CD processes, Terraform, Ansible, and monitoring tools PagerDuty, SNOW, Datadog.
Knowledge of Linux/Windows OS administration, networking, and Azure cloud platform.
Location: Hyderabad, India (hybrid work model available). Work involves night shifts in India time zone.
