About This Role
- Manage and troubleshoot AWS infrastructure including services like EC2, Auto Scaling, Load Balancer, VPC, S3, CloudFront, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, CloudTrail, ECS, and IAM.
- Support development teams with application issues and deployments, collaborate with production support teams especially during night shifts in India and US counterparts during US day time.
- Execute cost optimization, patching, security alert monitoring, application troubleshooting, and maintain proper documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 years of experience in AWS cloud operations and managing Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Proficiency with AWS services, DevOps tools like Jenkins and CI/CD processes, Terraform, Ansible, and monitoring tools PagerDuty, SNOW, Datadog.
- Knowledge of Linux/Windows OS administration, networking, and Azure cloud platform.
- Location: Hyderabad, India (hybrid work model available). Work involves night shifts in India time zone.
