Manager | Guidewire Billing Centre | Hyderabad | Engineering as a Service/ Operate

Lead design, development, and deployment of Guidewire Billing Centre configurations and integrations, including managing platform upgrades and code quality.

Manage and mentor a team of 4 to 6 members, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards using Agile Scrum methodologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to align technical solutions with business requirements, and automate development or operational tasks.

6-10 years of hands-on experience in Guidewire configuration and integration, specifically in Billing configuration and platform upgrades.

Experience in application maintenance, production support, and leading teams of 4 to 6 members.

Technical skills including GOSU coding, Web Services, XML, Test Driven Development, Agile Scrum process, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Bachelor's degree in BE/B.Tech, MCA, or M.Sc (Computer Science) from an accredited university and Guidewire ACE/Cloud certification.

Experienced in both functional and technical system analysis, design, and documentation for Guidewire implementations in an enterprise setting.

Skilled in managing full project lifecycles using Scrum/Kanban methodologies within cross-functional and/or global teams.

Capable of proactively driving innovation and process improvements with hands-on coding and automation scripting expertise.
