Develop and maintain high performance, low latency, and high availability AI services within the Responsible AI group of Microsoft CoreAI, integrating with Azure AI Content Safety, Azure OpenAI Service, and Azure AI Studio.
Own architecture and design for complex AI-related services ensuring scalability, security, performance, and compliance, while driving engineering best practices and automation towards zero-touch operations.
Lead reliability efforts including telemetry, monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvements, while collaborating closely with engineers, scientists, and product managers to deliver responsive AI capabilities.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field or equivalent experience.
6+ years of professional software engineering experience with hands-on coding in languages such as C# or Python.
Proven ability in designing, implementing, testing, deploying, and supporting complex cloud-based distributed systems with strong focus on reliability, performance, security, and compliance.
Must pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check security screening requirements.
