Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable data engineering and analytics solutions using Snowflake, Databricks, and Azure Data Factory.
Lead technical decisions and delivery of medium to large enterprise data warehouse projects within an Agile environment.
Drive adoption of Gen AI and Agentic AI to enhance analytics, automation, and decision-making across global stores organization.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent engineering skillset/training/work experience in a relevant technical domain.
5+ years of strong development experience with medium to large data warehouse solutions and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe).
Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, Python/PySpark, SQL, PL/SQL, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/OCI).
Experience leading and delivering end-to-end data engineering projects, including coding standards, performance tuning, and database concepts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing and implementing complex data pipelines and ETL processes integrating multiple data sources in distributed cloud environments.
Proven leadership skills with ability to mentor junior engineers and influence cross-functional teams in technical and product discussions.
