About This Role
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable data engineering and analytics solutions using Snowflake, Databricks, and Azure Data Factory.
- Lead technical decisions and delivery of medium to large enterprise data warehouse projects within an Agile environment.
- Drive adoption of Gen AI and Agentic AI to enhance analytics, automation, and decision-making across global stores organization.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent engineering skillset/training/work experience in a relevant technical domain.
- 5+ years of strong development experience with medium to large data warehouse solutions and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe).
- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI, Python/PySpark, SQL, PL/SQL, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/OCI).
- Experience leading and delivering end-to-end data engineering projects, including coding standards, performance tuning, and database concepts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and implementing complex data pipelines and ETL processes integrating multiple data sources in distributed cloud environments.
- Proven leadership skills with ability to mentor junior engineers and influence cross-functional teams in technical and product discussions.
- Strong automation and engineering mindset with knowledge of data governance, DevSecOps, production deployments, and test planning.
