Design and execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing for a regulatory reporting platform.
Validate application functionality, data quality, and system performance; identify and manage defects to resolution.
Support test automation and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with developers, analysts, and product teams throughout delivery lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience: Junior level requires basic understanding of testing principles; Senior level requires significant experience testing enterprise applications and leading testing activities.
Mandatory location: Bangalore or Pune with hybrid working.
Experience with software testing methodologies and defect management; interest in automation and cloud technologies preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Familiarity or experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or SpecFlow.
Experience working in financial services, capital markets, or regulatory reporting environments preferred, especially with EMIR, MiFID II, or SFTR.
Ability to mentor junior team members and confidently engage with stakeholders for senior roles; junior roles suited for those eager to learn and grow in quality engineering.
