Lead definition and execution of evaluation strategies for FPGA prototypes and automotive networking ASICs, covering platform bring-up, system validation, characterization, and release readiness.
Develop and maintain hardware/software evaluation platforms and test automation using C and Python, ensuring robust and repeatable evaluation solutions.
Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, perform root-cause analysis, and drive improvements in evaluation methodologies and laboratory practices.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
7+ years of relevant experience in design evaluation, silicon validation, or comparable roles.
Strong proficiency in C and Python for test and automation development.
Experience with FPGA prototype evaluation, ASIC bench validation, and knowledge of embedded systems, digital hardware, and hardware/software integration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in automotive Ethernet technologies such as 10BASE-T1S, single-pair Ethernet, and related in-vehicle networking solutions.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical efforts, including mentoring and coordinating evaluation activities across teams and sites.
Skilled in complex debugging, root-cause analysis, and data-driven decision-making with strong communication skills to present technical findings.
