About This Role
- Design, maintain, and execute manual and automated test plans, cases, and scenarios covering functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and integrate tests within CI/CD pipelines while collaborating across Product Management and Software Engineering teams.
- Use AI-assisted engineering tools to enhance test automation, debugging, defect investigation, and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and frameworks.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years professional experience in Software QA, Software Testing, or related engineering roles.
- Strong scripting/programming skills in Python required; experience with test automation tools like Robot Framework, Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
- Practical experience using AI-assisted engineering tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) for testing, automation, debugging, or analysis.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in both manual and automated testing with strong ability to analyze and troubleshoot software defects and test failures.
- Comfortable working in Agile development environments with CI/CD pipelines and collaborating cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams.
- Able to critically validate AI-generated code and tests, and interested in leveraging AI to innovate QA automation and process improvements.
