Design, maintain, and execute manual and automated test plans, cases, and scenarios covering functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts and integrate tests within CI/CD pipelines while collaborating across Product Management and Software Engineering teams.
Use AI-assisted engineering tools to enhance test automation, debugging, defect investigation, and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and frameworks.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 4 years professional experience in Software QA, Software Testing, or related engineering roles.
Strong scripting/programming skills in Python required; experience with test automation tools like Robot Framework, Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
Practical experience using AI-assisted engineering tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) for testing, automation, debugging, or analysis.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in both manual and automated testing with strong ability to analyze and troubleshoot software defects and test failures.
Comfortable working in Agile development environments with CI/CD pipelines and collaborating cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams.
Able to critically validate AI-generated code and tests, and interested in leveraging AI to innovate QA automation and process improvements.
