About This Role
- Design and deliver enterprise data engineering and reporting solutions for global stores organization, focusing on data modeling, cloud architecture, and reporting tools.
- Develop advanced Power BI dashboards, optimize queries, implement Row-Level Security, and manage user access adhering to data governance standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions while guiding junior engineers and supporting CI/CD pipelines.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant technical domain.
- 5+ years of experience in BI/reporting development, including 2-3 years focused on Power BI or Sigma.
- Experience in UI screens development using JAVA/.NET/Python to facilitate reports.
- Work Experience Required: At least 5 years in BI/reporting with leadership in data warehousing and database concepts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in developing scalable BI solutions using Power BI and associated technologies like DAX, Power Query, Snowflake, and Azure Data Factory.
- Capable of handling end-to-end project delivery with strong coding standards, performance tuning, and automation skills in Agile environments.
- Skilled at integrating BI tools with cloud/on-premises data environments, mentoring junior engineers, and managing complex BI workflows and deployments.
