Develop advanced Power BI dashboards, optimize queries, implement Row-Level Security, and manage user access adhering to data governance standards.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions while guiding junior engineers and supporting CI/CD pipelines.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant technical domain.
5+ years of experience in BI/reporting development, including 2-3 years focused on Power BI or Sigma.
Experience in UI screens development using JAVA/.NET/Python to facilitate reports.
Work Experience Required: At least 5 years in BI/reporting with leadership in data warehousing and database concepts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in developing scalable BI solutions using Power BI and associated technologies like DAX, Power Query, Snowflake, and Azure Data Factory.
Capable of handling end-to-end project delivery with strong coding standards, performance tuning, and automation skills in Agile environments.
Skilled at integrating BI tools with cloud/on-premises data environments, mentoring junior engineers, and managing complex BI workflows and deployments.
