About This Role
- Lead data and analytics strategy for Global Stores supporting a $50B+ retail business.
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise data models to support analytics, reporting, and operational systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, and engineers to optimize data models for scalability, performance, and governance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent engineering experience in a relevant technical domain.
- 14+ years of experience in data modelling and database design.
- Strong experience with relational, dimensional, and data warehouse modeling techniques and SQL on platforms like SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, Databricks, or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with data modeling tools such as ERwin, ER/Studio, or SAP PowerDesigner.

- Experienced in leading data modeling and architecture discussions for complex, strategic business problems.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams including business, data engineering, and governance to drive data platform modernization.
- Demonstrates capability to lead medium to large engineering initiatives and mentor team members.
