Lead a team of subject matter experts in analyzing engineering and technology patent disclosures and applying DWPI Manual Codes for accurate patent classification.
Drive execution, quality, and continuous improvement via KPIs, reporting, best practices, and quality controls.
Define and implement operational strategies, standards, SLAs, and scalable processes; manage budgets, headcount, and strategic initiatives aligned with business goals.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field.
Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a global corporate setting, including 1-2 years in project or process leadership.
At least 2 years managing objective setting, progress monitoring, and cross-team collaboration for process and management improvements.
Career level 4 or above with last performance rating achieved or higher; strong process management skills with focus on content operations and Agile knowledge preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing technical content or patent-related teams in global or corporate environments.
Proven ability to lead operational strategy and process simplification in content or knowledge management.
Familiarity with intellectual property domain or engineering disciplines advantageous but not mandatory.
