Lead and coach a cross-functional engineering team responsible for backend, frontend, cloud, DevOps, production support, and release validation of a production web application.
Drive technical leadership in modernization, architecture, and cloud migration from Azure to AWS, including planning and executing delivery and operational improvements.
Partner with Product, Data Engineering, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to translate priorities into technical plans, backlog management, and release execution with strong accountability for application reliability and quality.
Minimum Requirements
Hands-on experience designing, building, reviewing, and operating production web applications; role requires active technical contribution beyond people management.
Strong technical expertise in .NET / C#, API development, React (or similar SPA frameworks), and modern web application architecture.
Experience leading engineering teams through delivery planning, production support, release execution, and technical decision-making.
Working knowledge of Azure production stack and hands-on AWS experience to lead cloud migration; practical experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3, SQS, IAM, CloudWatch) and CI/CD pipelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Technically proficient engineering leader who balances hands-on coding and system operation with team coaching and accountability creation.
Experience managing complex SaaS or multi-tenant web applications with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability in cloud environments transitioning from Azure to AWS.
Demonstrated capability to influence roadmap, implement modern engineering practices including AI-assisted development tools, observability, incident management, and cross-team collaboration with Product and Support functions.
