About This Role
- Lead a cross-functional engineering squad to deliver strategic platform enhancements and maintain production stability and resilience.
- Drive solution design, architecture, and engineering best practices, acting as technical escalation point for complex production issues.
- Champion cloud-native development, DevOps automation, and continuous integration/deployment practices while mentoring engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software, platform engineering, or application development with leadership or senior technical lead exposure.
- Strong expertise in cloud-native architectures, distributed systems, and enterprise application development.
- Experience supporting technology change and production environments.
- Location requirement: Pune or Bangalore (hybrid working).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading technical teams within financial services, capital markets, or regulatory reporting domains.
- Skilled in Microsoft Azure ecosystem, Kubernetes (AKS), DevOps, and microservices architectures.
- Able to influence technical strategy and collaborate across product, architecture, infrastructure, and operations stakeholders.
