About This Role
- Lead collaboration with business teams and data stewards to establish, monitor, and improve data quality aligned with data management standards.
- Create, support, and monitor automated data quality reports and investigate data quality issues to recommend corrective actions and root cause assessments.
- Drive continuous improvement of data quality governance processes and support strategic data initiatives to ensure trusted and compliant data assets.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information/Data Science, Data Management, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- 5-7 years of applied experience in data quality and data governance.
- Experience with data governance tools related to Data Quality, Data Lineage, and Data Tracing (e.g., Collibra, Microsoft Purview, Informatica) is required.
- Work Experience Required: 5-7 years in data quality and governance roles specifically, preferably including financial services or insurance domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in driving end-to-end data quality issue resolution and reporting within complex organizational settings involving multiple stakeholders.
- Expertise in creating data governance frameworks, policies, and controls and influencing business units and senior executives to adopt data quality programs.
- Operationally focused with a practical, agile mindset and ability to simplify complex data governance topics for diverse audiences while managing change effectively.
