Lead collaboration with business teams and data stewards to establish, monitor, and improve data quality aligned with data management standards.
Create, support, and monitor automated data quality reports and investigate data quality issues to recommend corrective actions and root cause assessments.
Drive continuous improvement of data quality governance processes and support strategic data initiatives to ensure trusted and compliant data assets.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information/Data Science, Data Management, Computer Science, or Engineering.
5-7 years of applied experience in data quality and data governance.
Experience with data governance tools related to Data Quality, Data Lineage, and Data Tracing (e.g., Collibra, Microsoft Purview, Informatica) is required.
Work Experience Required: 5-7 years in data quality and governance roles specifically, preferably including financial services or insurance domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in driving end-to-end data quality issue resolution and reporting within complex organizational settings involving multiple stakeholders.
Expertise in creating data governance frameworks, policies, and controls and influencing business units and senior executives to adopt data quality programs.
