Lead the design, development, and implementation of Guidewire InsuranceSuite integration solutions, including PolicyCenter integrations.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews for development teams while collaborating with business and architecture stakeholders.
Oversee integration strategy, troubleshoot complex production issues, and support CI/CD pipeline, release management, and deployment activities in a Guidewire Cloud environment.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of software development experience with at least 5+ years on Guidewire implementations.
Guidewire Certified Associate – InsuranceSuite Developer certification is mandatory.
Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire InsuranceSuite integrations using CloudREST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Event Messaging, Integration Gateway, JSON/XML, OAuth/OpenID Connect.
Proficiency in Java, Gosu, and knowledge of cloud-native development and DevOps practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in integrating Guidewire with enterprise applications, third-party systems, and security frameworks across a cloud environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead multiple technical initiatives and development teams with strong stakeholder and delivery management skills.
Familiarity with Guidewire Cloud projects, Agile/Scrum environments, CI/CD pipelines, and event streaming platforms like Kafka.
