About This Role
- Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain software components for the firm’s technology products with a focus on secure, stable, and scalable delivery.
- Write secure, high-quality code in at least one programming language, leveraging enterprise-authorized AI coding tools to improve code quality and productivity.
- Apply knowledge of SDLC tools and agile methodologies to enhance automation and contribute to secure application development.
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability in a corporate environment.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and ability to critically evaluate AI outputs.
- Understanding of secure coding practices, responsible AI use, agile methodologies, and full Software Development Life Cycle exposure.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Java development, particularly with Spring Boot applications, with additional preference for ReactJS or Angular skills.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and relational databases like SQL Server or Oracle is preferred.
- Demonstrates capability to adapt and learn new technologies within an agile and secure development environment.
