Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain software components for the firm’s technology products with a focus on secure, stable, and scalable delivery.
Write secure, high-quality code in at least one programming language, leveraging enterprise-authorized AI coding tools to improve code quality and productivity.
Apply knowledge of SDLC tools and agile methodologies to enhance automation and contribute to secure application development.
Minimum Requirements
2+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
Experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability in a corporate environment.
Hands-on experience with enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools and ability to critically evaluate AI outputs.
Understanding of secure coding practices, responsible AI use, agile methodologies, and full Software Development Life Cycle exposure.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Java development, particularly with Spring Boot applications, with additional preference for ReactJS or Angular skills.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and relational databases like SQL Server or Oracle is preferred.
Demonstrates capability to adapt and learn new technologies within an agile and secure development environment.
