Monitor and respond to security incidents across the organization's technology infrastructure including servers, networks, and applications.
Manage and maintain security tools and platforms, including lifecycle management, tuning, patching, and escalations within a 24/7 rotational shift environment.
Document and implement best practices, perform service delivery monitoring, incident investigation, escalation, and support automation opportunities in incident response.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Moderate level experience in security technologies (Firewall, IPS, IDS, Proxy, EDR, NDR, SOAR, etc.), SOC/CSIRT operations, and end-to-end security incident handling.
Experience with security tools implementation and monitoring, log collection mechanisms, and network/Linux security concepts.
On-site work requirement; relevant networking and security certifications preferred but not mandatory.
