About This Role
- Own design and prototyping of UI/UX solutions for web and mobile products applying human-centered design.
- Conduct user research and analyze data to inform and iterate on design decisions in an Agile environment.
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure product cohesion and readiness for development.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in UI, UX, or product design.
- Proficient in Figma with a strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI work.
- Experience building user interfaces without frameworks and delivering development-ready designs.
- Work Experience Required: At least 3 years in UI/UX or product design.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in lean, Agile product development environments involving regular iteration and cross-team collaboration.
- Strong skills in human-centered design, interaction design, typography, and color theory, with secondary proficiency in Adobe or similar tools.
- Able to contribute to and leverage design systems ensuring brand and product consistency.
